An opportunity to meet and discuss your needs whether you are in the pre-conception stage, pregnancy, or postpartum. Doulas provide emotional, physical, and informational support to expectant mothers and their partners before, during, and after childbirth. During the consultation, you can ask questions, share your concerns and preferences, and learn about my experience, services, and fees. This meeting can help you determine whether hiring a doula is right for you and your family, and whether you feel comfortable and confident working together.

This package is the most holistic offering I have for new mothers. This package allows me to support you through your entire pregnancy, birth and the first 3 months postpartum. The Whole Mama experience includes the following:

This package is for birthing people who are virtual clients or may have experienced birth before and feel confident in their current support system. This allows me to provide you with everything you and your support person need to prepare for birth and the first 40 days postpartum.

Yoga Classes

A group yoga session is a class where individuals of all skill levels come together to practice yoga. During the session, I will lead the group through a series of poses, or asanas, that focus on stretching, breathing, and meditation. I may also provide guidance on proper alignment, modifications for different abilities, and tips for improving your practice. Group yoga sessions are a great way to improve flexibility, strength, and balance, while also reducing stress and promoting relaxation. They offer the opportunity to connect with others in a supportive and peaceful environment, and can be a fun and energizing way to start or end your day.
Guided Meditation

Guided meditation is a safe space for you to explore different meditation techniques and learn how to develop a regular meditation practice. Throughout the class, we will explore different mindfulness techniques, such as body scans, loving-kindness meditations, and guided visualizations. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and share your experiences with the group. By the end of the class, you will have a better understanding of how to cultivate a peaceful mind and reduce stress and anxiety in your daily life. Remember that meditation is a practice, and it takes time and patience to develop. So let's approach this with a beginner's mind and an open heart.
